Dates and Locations for PBET Workshops -

CURRENTLY AVAILABLE OPEN ENROLLMENT WORKSHOPS:

Currently, these are the only open PBET Workshops available for 2014 (listed below). If the dates do not work for you, schedule "Tutorial."

Registration Form and Directions
  • Follow all four steps below for ONE participant. If there are additional participants, repeat the steps with a separate submission; after you press the submit button for the first participant, use your browser's "BACK" button twice, allowing you to simply change the name --and any other entries-- of the second participant.
  • Note: Registrations that are canceled within 45 calendar days prior to the start date of the course are non-refundable and billable. You do have the option of (a) changing the name of the participant at any time, and (b) re-scheduling the participant into another open Workshop if there is one available. There is no guarantee that another open Workshop will be available.

1) Payment will be made from within the United States... by check in advance of workshop. NOTE: If you select this payment method,
 
  • You will receive tentative confirmation within 72 hours via email, after which your seat will be held for fourteen days.
  • You will receive final confirmation only after the check has been received by Solid Performance Solutions. Therefore, mail your check within fourteen days, with the participant name and workshop dates, to Solid Performance Solutions, 17 Desmond Avenue, Manchester, MA 01944.
  • If it becomes impossible to provide the check within fourteen days, or if you anticipate bringing the check with you to the workshop, please contact Dick Goutal at Solid Performance Solutions with this information.
  2) Payment will be made from within the United States... by purchase order. NOTE: If you select this payment method,
 
  • You will receive tentative confirmation within 72 hours via email, after which your seat will be held for fourteen days.
  • You will receive final confirmation only after the hard copy purchase order has been received by Solid Performance Solutions (not a copy of an internet "Request for PO"). Therefore, mail or email your purchase order within fourteen days. Email and address in yellow footer at bottom of this page AND in the tentative confirmation.
  • NOTE: All POs must be "Net 30." Repeat: "Net 45" or greater is not acceptable. In cases where your company will not grant a "Net 30" PO, or in cases where a company has a history of late payment of invoices, payment by check (above) is required. Solid Performance Solutions cannot process credit cards.
  • If it becomes impossible to provide the purchase order within fourteen days, please contact Dick Goutal at Solid Performance Solutions with this information.
  3) Payment will be made from outside the United States... by wire transfer of the full amount in US funds in advance of the workshop. NOTE: If you select this payment method,
 
  • You will receive tentative confirmation within 72 hours via email. At that time, you will be given an invoice to facilitate matters with your finance department, along with wiring instructions. You will be asked to indicate when the wire transfer will take place. (Payment should be received at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the workshop. If there are fewer than four weeks remaining until the workshop, the transfer should be completed immediately.) Your seat will be held until the expected date of the wire transfer.
  • You will receive final confirmation only after the full amount of the US funds have been received by Solid Performance Solutions.

Confirmation of Your Registration

  • Your Tentative Confirmation will be emailed directly to the participant name and email address provided on the Registration Form above, usually within 72 hours.
  • Your Final Confirmation will be emailed directly to the participant name and email address provided on the Registration Form above, upon completion of the payment requirements. Re-read the payment requirements associated with the "Method of Payment" you selected, in Part 3 of the Registration Form above.
  • Note Cancellation Policy: Registrations that are canceled within 45 calendar days prior to the start date of the course are non-refundable and billable. You do have the option of (a) changing the name of the participant at any time, and (b) re-scheduling the participant into another open Workshop if there is one available. There is no guarantee that another open Workshop will be available.
  • A Map and Directions to the workshop and suggested hotels are provided with your final confirmation.
