PBET Workshops We Can Offer You

    OPTION #1 - AT YOUR COMPANY'S SITE. Interested?

    • Your on-site Workshop may have up to 10 (ten) participants.
    • You may select any mutually convenient date, as long as it is more than 5 weeks from the date of your requesting the Workshop.
    • You will pay: (a) US$8,000 fee; (b) my travel expenses; (c) a materials and shipping fee based on up to US$160 per person depending on your location.

    OPTION #2 - AT MY LOCATION, A SITE NEAR MANCHESTER, MASSACHUSETTS (40 minutes north of Boston-Logan International Airport). Interested?

    • You must have at least two participants and/or pay the fee for two participants: $1,597 per person.
    • You will supply three possible weeks, in order of preference, during which you would like to have the Workshop at my location using the registration form below. All three of your preferences should be more than 5 weeks from the date of your requesting the Workshop.
    • You will receive a prompt confirmation, with one of your selected dates.

    THERE ARE NO OTHER OPTIONS. I am now retired and providing Workshops on a limited basis. I no longer supply a schedule of regularly scheduled "open" Workshop dates. Registration Form and Directions
  • Follow all four steps below for ONE (of your 2 or more expected participants. As stated at the top of this page, you must have at least two participants that come to my location. [If you insist on sending only one person, then you must pay the fee for two people anyway.] On this form, you will supply the name of only one participant. I will ask for the additional name(s) upon confirmation.
  • Note: Registrations that are canceled within 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the course are non-refundable. You do have the option of (a) changing the name of the participant at any time, and (b) re-scheduling the course to another mutually convenient week within six months of the date of the cancelled course. However, if you cancel within 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the course - there is no refund whether you re-schedule or not.

  Which week works best for you? List 3 weeks in order of your preference. Use MONDAY as the start date. For example, "#1 - Week starting Monday March nn."

1) Payment will be made from within the United States... by check in advance of workshop. NOTE: If you select this payment method,
 
  • You will receive tentative confirmation along with an invoice within 72 hours via email.
  • You will receive final confirmation only after the check has been received by Solid Performance Solutions. Therefore, mail your check at least 30 days prior to the date of the Workshop, in accordance with the directions in the invoice.
  2) Payment will be made from outside the United States... by wire transfer of the full amount in US funds in advance of the workshop. NOTE: If you select this payment method,
 
  • You will receive tentative confirmation within 72 hours via email. At that time, you will be given an invoice to facilitate matters with your finance department, along with wiring instructions. You will be asked to indicate when the wire transfer will take place. (Payment must be received received at least 30 days prior to the date of the Workshop If there are fewer than four weeks remaining until the workshop, the transfer should be completed immediately.)
  • You will receive final confirmation only after the full amount of the US funds have been received by Solid Performance Solutions.

Confirmation of Your Registration

  • Your Tentative Confirmation will be emailed directly to the participant name and email address provided on the Registration Form above, usually within 72 hours.
  • Your Final Confirmation will be emailed directly to the participant name and email address provided on the Registration Form above, upon completion of the payment requirements. Re-read the payment requirements associated with the "Method of Payment" you selected, in Part 3 of the Registration Form above.
  • Note Cancellation Policy: Registrations that are canceled within 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the course are non-refundable. You do have the option of (a) changing the name of the participant at any time, and (b) re-scheduling the course to another mutually convenient week within six months of the date of the cancelled course. However, if you cancel within 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the course - there is no refund whether you re-schedule or not.
  • A Map and Directions to the workshop at my location and suggested hotels are provided with your final confirmation.
